FieldArt FC is a proud member of the Vancouver Youth Soccer Association and a member in good standing with BC Soccer. Starting at the U11 level, all teams participate in divisional play within the BC Coastal Soccer League (BCCSL). Teams play other club teams within the lower mainland with boys playing on Saturdays; girls on Sundays.

Notes:

• U11 and older are split into (3) divisions according to the overall level of the team. FAFC’s goal is to place teams where they will be competitive, learn and have fun.
• There is a possibility of re-tiering after the first 6 weeks of game play.
• Please note game times and locations are set by the BCCSL and are confirmed the Wednesday prior to game day.
• Each team plays “home” games and “away” teams – it is the responsibility of parents to transport their child on time & to and from the games allowing for warm-up time.

• All players on the team must wear the team kit (jersey/shorts/socks) and must have shin guards and appropriate cleats.
• Our Kits run on a 2 year rotation, with the latest rotation starting in the spring of 2024.

Team Formation:

• Players participate on teams that emphasize community and the development of fundamental soccer skills.
• The teams are formed based on ability, with players of similar skill and commitment levels playing together.
• As players have different rates of development, separate programs are offered for boys and girls, with different levels of play available.
• Players who have advanced skills and a strong commitment will play on Div 1 teams, while those with moderate skills will play on Div 2 teams. FAFC offers a fluid roster with players in Div 2, meaning players may be offered an opportunity to move up from Div 2 to Div 1 on a week-by-week basis. This is at the discretion of the FAFC coaching staff and TD.

• Date: From September 4, 2024 to March 1, 2025  (no games on stat holidays)
  • Winter break: December 15, 2024 – January 5, 2025.
• Practice location: TBL.
• Activities: 2  practices + 1 game.
• Fees: $750 + Kit fee ($280 – new players only. Registered spring 2024 players do not require a new kit.)
• Professional coaches.
• Notes: 1 game/month to be filmed with Veo with team game analysis over zoom.
  Players will be rostered closer to the fall according to their skill level.
